 Playing the Flute Exercise during pregnancy is of the great benefit to an expectant mother but it is sometimes a problem finding a form of exercise which a pregnant mother can do safely. Tai Chi is one way of keeping fit, supple and relaxed when pregnant. Tai Chi has been called ‘meditation in motion’. It is slow motion mime of the martial art movements and stresses slowness, lightness, clarity, balance and calmness. |

Yang Fu-Kui, also known as Yang Lu-Chan, was a native of Yongnianxian, Guangping Country, Hebei Province He was born in the fourth year of Jiaqing, the eleventh year of Tongzhi (1799 A.D.). When he was young he went to the Chen's village in Henan to study Tajiquan from Chen Chang-xing. At that time, those that learned from the Chens were mostly Chen relatives. |

Huang Di, or the Yellow Emperor is referred to as the "Originator of the Chinese Culture & medicine" and he reigned during the middle of the third millennium BC. It was during his reign that the ancient Huaxia nationality was gradually formed, being the predecessor of the Han nationality to which the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people belong. This explains why all Chinese regard themselves as descendants of Huang Di. |
