Tai Chi Retreat - November 2011 |
|
The participants at the 2011 Celestial Tai Chi Retreat enjoyed a rewarding and relaxing weekend of a variety of Tai Chi techniques in a wonderful setting at the Lake Dewar Lodge situated close to the Werribee Gorge. The Lodge is being continually upgraded and many of the participants stayed in the new Lakeview Lodge - the bedrooms having their own en suites.
Grand Master Eng Chor Khor took sessions on the Shaolin Martial Art Tai Chi; the Sun, Wu, Chen and Yang aspects in the Beijing 42 form; the soft Martial Art form Hsing-I Chuan; Chinese Calligraphy; Flute; as well as the 108 Yang Style form. Instructors were involved in taking Qi Gong sessions and the informal ice breaker sessions. Once again, Michelle provided excellent massage sessions for an additional cost.
Some additional photos have been posted in the Photo Gallery here . Margaret Rogers Senior Instructor |
